The Parachute Eject offers a reliable mechanism that enables rocket launches at angles ranging from 0° to 50° with respect to the vertical axis. It can be used with any launch system capable of launching PET Bottle Water Rockets.
HOW IT WORKS
– The Parachute Eject is designed to screw into a 2L PET bottle, and release a latch to open the parachute bay.
– The PE mechanism is screwed in place, holding the parachute bay door in place during flight.
– Once the rocket system is ready for flight, the PE mechanism is turned on and magnetically armed.
– When apogee is reached and the rocket tilts over, the PE mechanism releases the parachute bay door and the parachute is released.
– The system resets and stands ready to be armed again.
KEY FEATURES
– Reusable parachute deployment for safe landings.
– A reliable side-release ejects the parachute perpendicular to the rocket body. Usable with any launch system capable of launching standard soda bottle water rockets, it allows enthusiasts to experiment with a variety of fragile payloads and safely return them to Earth.
– With over 75 deployments per charge, the Parachute Eject adds a new dimension to your next Rocketry Expedition.
– Reliable tilt switch based trigger system.
-Contactless magnetic arming.
-Lipo battery offering up to 100 eject triggers for every full charge.
-On/Off button.
-LEDs indicating power and system armed status.
-USB Charging.
